Due to the nature of our work we presume you will do your best to honour your reservation. However, if for any reason you need to cancel your booking we require at least two weeks’ notice. If less than two weeks’ notice is given, we have the right to retain the workshop fee.
If Speakers Trust does not secure a sufficient number of bookings for this workshop, we may have to cancel the event. We will give you at least 72 hours’ notice of cancellation and you will be entitled to a full refund.

Due to the nature of our work we presume you will do your best to honour the date that has been agreed for training. However, if for any reason you need to re-arrange or cancel the date for training we require you to give us at least 2 weeks’ notice. If less than 2 weeks’ notice is given and the training is not re-arranged we reserve the right to invoice 50% of the agreed training fee as a cancellation fee. In the event that less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation is given, we reserve the right to invoice the whole training fee as a cancellation fee.
